Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow these steps:

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Pack Securely: Place items in their original packaging whenever possible
  3. Ship Back: Send your return to:

Please Note: Due to their personal nature, personalized ornaments and Keepsake Ornament Club gift ornaments cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges of greeting cards, boxed cards, or plush toys:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email which item you’d like as a replacement
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your gift wrap, developmental toys, or other items arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
