At Hallmarks Shop, we take as much care in handling your returns as we do in crafting our keepsake ornaments and designed stationery. We want every gift-giving experience with us to be as thoughtful and stress-free as possible.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: Due to the personal nature of certain items, personalized ornaments and gift ornaments from the Keepsake Ornament Club cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request (see template below)
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Ship your return to:

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges of greeting cards, boxed cards, or plush toys:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email which item you’d like as a replacement
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your gift wrap, developmental toys, or other items arrived damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect items
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
