During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your information for faster checkout, and receive updates about our latest collections.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

- Free Shipping (for orders over $50): Via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch with basic tracking

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the unwanted item (following our return policy) and placing a new order for the item you prefer.
